All our CV Drive Shafts come with a 2 year or 40,000kms Limited Part Warranty (whichever occurs first). Warranty can be void if not fitted by a qualified mechanic.
If you purchase the incorrect product for your vehicle, let us know within 14 days of receiving and we will help by exchanging for the right product, if available. Otherwise a store credit will be issued, not including any shipping costs.
If the product develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your warranty claim and offer a replacement where appropriate. Before approval of a warranty claim, photos and or returning of the product(s) may be required if/when requested by our supplier(s) and or manufacture(s).
All our CV Shafts are for direct replacement of the original shaft for the vehicle specified in the description. Please note sometimes aftermarket shafts may look slightly different to the original genuine shafts.
The important aspects to look out for are:
* Overall length.
Check to make sure overall length is the same. Ensure both shafts are compressed when comparing.
* Number of Teeth.
Check the number of teeth on the outer CV Joint and inner CV Joint.
If there is any movement once the shaft is fitted, i.e. the shaft spins, please remove and count teeth on original shaft and ensure the same number of teeth as the replacement shaft. If different do not fit replacement shaft and contact us.
