Please read the following terms carefully before adding products to your shopping cart to purchase.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

Once you have confirmed your order, you will see the shipping total accumulate automatically as products are added. Multiple products purchased will have the shipping rates combine automatically with a discount.

All of the prices, contents and specifications on AutoParts Direct2U are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. We take no responsibility for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.
The unauthorised reproduction of any material from our catalogue or website is forbidden without prior permission.

Availability of Goods

Although we have thousands of products available we cannot guarantee the same of our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders, dispatch delays etc. If a product is to be delayed for any period of time what so ever you will be notified immediately, either by email or phone and advised of the estimated time of dispatch.

Shipping within Australia

All products will be dispatched with eParcel post. Shipping charges will apply to all products. Shipping charges will vary depending on weight and location. Please use the shipping tool and enter your postcode on the product listing. Where a special for FREE SHIPPING is clearly displayed and highlighted on an actual listing, shipping will be free for this one particular product only. It will state in checkout free shipping and will be $0.00 for the particular product if free shipping has been displayed in the listing. If you purchase a product that has free shipping and one that has a shipping charge you will be charged the one shipping charge.

Shipping - Overseas

All orders outside Australia will be dispatched with Australia post and can be paid for by Paypal. Shipping cost will need to be calculated please email sales@autopartsdirect2u.com.au with the part number and the country for delivery. Please note you will be charged in Australia Dollars AUD at the current currency rate at the time of payment.

Shipping Methods

Most products will be dispatched with eParcel Post. Your tracking information will be emailed to you.

Expected Delivery Time

Expect most deliveries in 2 - 8 working days from the dispatch date.

Direct Deposit or Internet Banking

In the checkout select the bank deposit payment method. Your total including the shipping charge will display with our bank, account name, BSB number, account number and your reference. Please make sure you use the reference displayed.

Paypal

When you select Paypal as your payment method you will be directed to sign into your Paypal account or create one. If you do not have a Paypal account follow the steps to create an account. They are fast and secure.

Credit card payments

We accept credit card payment over the phone Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm NSW time.

We use a virtual terminal with Paypal to process credit card payments and a copy of the receipt is emailed directly to you once approved. We do not keep any of your card information; your card information is typed in as we go then read back to you to confirm we have typed it in correctly.

Checking Order Status

You can check the status of your order by visiting My Account and login. You will also receive emails for updates on your order status.

Exchange

Auto Parts Direct2U will Exchange only under the following conditions

  • Exchange will only be processed if we are notified within 14 days of purchase
  • Packaging is at original state
  • Part(s) are in new condition
  • The Original Packing has not been opened

Please login to your account, view the order and select [need to Return this Product?] fill out the form and submit. Wait for an email for further instructions. The products must be in original packaging (Not Opened) and condition as well as including a copy of your original invoice. There will be no returns on Custom made products, discounted or discontinued products.

Warranty Exchanges

All warranty claims are processed through each individual products manufacturer and is subject to their policies and approval. As specified above all Exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt.
